These past couple of months I have had the priviledge of helping out with a first Annual Women’s event for the city I live in.  This wasn’t just any women’s show.  My childhood girlfriend told me she was planning this event, where all women could come and feel pretty, get pampered and spoil themselves like all women need to.  She didn’t have to ask me twice to help get everything organized, as event planning is high on my favourite list.  The to do lists, poster making, ticket printing, advertising and many other avenues that come from such an event made my heart flutter….yes I am a true organization freak.

So after our 8 months of planning, PolisheD was a complete success.  From the exhibitors, the food, give aways, hair, make up and clothing stores onsite, and the fashion show…everywhere we turned we could hear people talking.  It was an amazing day, so thank you to all who helped make it a great success!
